ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Global University has an opening in the Enrollment Services Department of the Academic Affairs Division for a part time (32 hours per week) Enrollment Representative. The basic function of this position is to process orders for courses, record keeping, initiating and updating transcripts, preparing certificates of completion, and other activities which relate to the educational needs of Global University students. Applicants should have: (1) a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; (2) strong positive telephone skills; (3) adeptness at complete, accurate and precise ordering and record keeping; (4) a disposition for handling pressure points of heavy work-load periods.
